Threes Brewing

Threes Regulars Terms

Effective 29 September 2026

Threes Regulars is the Threes Brewing rewards program, our way of thanking you for choosing us. These terms cover how the program works and what you should know as a member. By signing up, you agree to them.

Who can join

You must be 21 or older and a legal resident of the United States. We'll ask you to confirm your age when you sign up. We also ask for your birthday, the day and month only, so we can mark the occasion. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

One account per person. Your mobile number is your account: it's how points get credited and how you redeem. We also ask for an email address so we can reach you about your account, but the mobile number is what identifies you, and only one account can be attached to a given number.

Threes Brewing employees are welcome to join, but points aren't earned on employee-discounted, comped, or shift purchases, and employees may not attach their own number to a guest's transaction.

How you earn points

You earn one point for every dollar you spend in person at any of our five spots, Gowanus, Greenpoint, Huntington, Moynihan Train Hall, and Governors Island (seasonal), on drinks and merchandise.

Points can take a short time to appear in your account.

Points are calculated on the pre-tax subtotal. Tax, tip, and service charges don't earn points, and neither do dollars covered by a reward, discount, comp, or promotion. Partial dollars round down.

To earn on a visit, give your mobile number to the person ringing you up. Without a phone number at the register, we cannot credit the visit.

You do earn points when you pay with a Threes Brewing gift card. Points are not earned on food, on the purchase of a gift card, on private event bookings, or online orders. Points can't be added retroactively for purchases where no phone number was given at the time.

How you redeem

When you can redeem. At the bar, points can be redeemed Monday through Thursday. At our to-go counters and beer shops, points can be redeemed any day we're open.

Points are redeemed in person at any of our five spots, towards drinks and merchandise.

We offer set reward tiers:

PointsValue
100$5
200$10
300$15
400$20
500$25

Just put your phone number into the checkout screen and you can select what you’d like to redeem.

Rewards come off your pre-tax subtotal and don't cover tax or tip. You can redeem one reward per visit, so the most you can take off in a single visit is $25. Rewards can be used on happy hour pricing, but can't be combined with other discounts, comps, industry pricing, or promotional codes.

Points are not redeemable for cash, on gift cards, on private event bookings, or online.

About your points

Points have no cash value and aren't property. They can't be transferred, sold, gifted, pooled with another member's account, or passed on to anyone else. If your account closes, whether you close it or we do, any remaining points are forfeited. Any tax on the value of a reward is yours to handle.

Welcome offer

New members receive 200 points as a thank-you for signing up. To claim the welcome offer, sign up through our form at regulars.threesbrewing.com. Welcome points can't be added to an account created at the register.

Your points are ready to use on your next visit, subject to the redemption days above. The welcome offer is one per phone number.

Expiration

Points expire 24 months after the date you earn them. Each point has its own clock, so earning or redeeming does not extend the life of points already in your account. For example, points earned on March 1, 2027 are available until March 1, 2029.

We'll email you at least 30 days before points are set to expire. That's an account notice rather than a marketing email, so you'll get it whether or not you're subscribed to our emails.

Your account

We run Threes Regulars on Square. These terms describe the program itself: how you earn, what your points are worth, and when they expire.

You can check your points balance and reward history any time by texting your phone number to Square, which will send you a private link to your account view.

Your mobile number is your account, so please keep it current. If you change numbers, email us at info@threesbrewing.com and we'll see how we can help. You're responsible for activity on an account attached to your number, and we may ask you to confirm a few details before a redemption.

You can close your account any time by emailing us at info@threesbrewing.com. Closing it forfeits any unredeemed points. We may also close accounts with no activity for 36 months, after emailing you first.

Changes and ending the program

We may change these terms, the earning rate, the reward tiers, or any other part of the program. For material changes, meaning anything affecting how you earn or what your points are worth, we'll email you and post the updated terms at regulars.threesbrewing.com/terms at least 30 days before they take effect, and points you've already earned keep their current value during those 30 days. Other changes take effect when posted.

We may also end the program entirely, with at least sixty days' notice. If we do, you'll have those sixty days to redeem your remaining points before the program closes.

Fraud and abuse

We reserve the right to void points, close accounts, or reject redemptions if we see evidence of fraud, abuse, or attempts to manipulate the program. Examples include creating multiple accounts to claim more than one welcome offer, using someone else's account without permission, or claiming points for purchases you did not make.

Emails, texts and privacy

Signing up for the program includes marketing emails and texts from Threes Brewing, including loyalty messages, coupons and discounts. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, and stop texts at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary.

Opting out of either doesn't close your rewards account. Your points remain yours, and you can carry on earning and redeeming in person.

We handle your information under our Privacy Policy. For the rewards program that means your name, mobile number, email address, birthday (day and month), and purchase history, which we use to run the program and to send you marketing. We share this information with the vendors that operate the program and our email and messaging platforms. The Privacy Policy has the full picture.

Legal

We provide the rewards program as is. We can't promise the program, your account view, or our systems will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, Threes Brewing isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses connected to the program, and our total liability to you for anything related to it is limited to the value of the points in your account at the time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies, and if we don't enforce something right away we haven't given up the right to enforce it later.
